We bought a beautiful coach three weeks ago. As of today we are almost 2 weeks into having it sit at the "campground"; some of the items have been repaired but the communication is so poor even after speaking to the V-P of service.

This is our residence and it has been difficult to coordinate normal activities of daily living with the poor response to email and phone calls. This is one of the topics discussed when we purchased; the importance of service.

Our sales person has tried to assist by walking over the the service department and handing them his phone while we were speaking with him. This is so wrong!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

We have experienced the same thing: months of Holiday World having our RV in for warranty work, inability to complete the warranty service in a timely manner, reportedly blamed on Airstream for sending the wrong parts (how is this possible?) and endless calls that are never returned. We've literally driven to Katy (some 35 miles away) at times to get an UPDATE.

We are both full time working and traveling and this is beyond unacceptable! I sympathize with your experience.

Same horrific experience here. Now over three months waiting for completion of repair of damage done by them while my Airstream was there for routine warranty service check.

I would very much appreciate discussion of our options for recourse but not on this site.
