Holiday World RV - Holiday World Of Katy Customer Care Review from Houston, Texas
The Katy dealership is the worst. They are boarder line crocks.
When you want to do a deal, they want cash upfront before they even run your credit to see if you are approved. If you are not approved, they will not give you your money back. Or, if you decide to back out of the sale, you will not receive your money back. And normally it is a large sum of money.
All other dealerships are not like that. They will give your money back.
Now, let's move onto the worthless service department. Don't ever expect the service department to pick up the phone, or even return voice messages.
It must be a rule not to get on the phone. They want you to make an appointment but no one picks up the phone. The second issue is when the service department had your vehicle, take a picture of your RV because they keep it so long, you will forget what it looks like. A lot of times they will only fix half the items that are on the repair list.
If I need to buy another RV, I will avoid Holiday World of Katy TX. This place is a real joke.

Is it legal to keep your money without signing any contract? Or even agreeing to buying something?
Even better, you make an appointment and show up with your RV, only to find out they weren't expecting you. The service manager called us to make an appointment when parts for our new RV arrived, and when we took it down there, they had no idea if the parts were there or that we had an appointment.
Do not buy from this dealer. If you're an Airstream fan, travel outside of the Houston/Katy area and find a reputable dealer.
