Once they knew they had our commitment to buy a 2017 motorhome, we went into a black hole....the culture of this organization is not conducive to professional standards, care, integrity, responsiveness or resolution.Turnover of staff is rampant, and I'm not sure how they stay in business.

I retired and ordered the motorhome in March. It did not come until the end of July and they did not check any systems, and kept us waiting days because they were too busy to take our calls or call us back. Our nightmare started with the purchase experience, and has been consistent with every contact and level.

No quality concerns, lies, lack of attention, and problems, and continues on and on and on....and they just don't care.Beware of this place!!!!!
