BAD service dept. BEWARE .....

Make an appoint and your RV falls in a BLACK HOLE. They will not answer telephone when you call. They will not call you back . STAY away from this business if you want good service on your RV.

customer service is terrible sales dept is worst the front counter is rude ladys picking there nails really rude they look at you like your no on. I would like to WARN you the consumer to location another service dept. This was the second time I received BAD service from this location.

I should have learned from the first, but I thought I would give them a second chance. They just take your RV and you don't heard from them again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

I didn't like: Service dept.

Our new airstream classic has been in the service department for 4 months and counting with no plan we are aware of to complete warranty work.
