Our Airstream Classic 2016 was damaged by Holiday World when they dropped a ladder on it during a routine service visit. This required them to remove panels of the unit and replace them, including removing the awning.
The awning was not correctly reinstalled, resulting in wearing and tearing of the fabric. We then had a complete inverter power failure, which reportedly was fixed after 5 weeks at Holiday World. When we went to pick it up today, the awning issue has still not been addressed and the unit cannot be towed. We are consulting our lawyer due to loss of use and what Holiday World is relating as Airstream's unwillingness to replace the awning and mechanism, which began after it was damaged by Holiday World.
We've consulted our attorney for various remedies available to us. We are extremely unhappy with the service department and their ability to repair damage they caused and the loss of use of a $135 k MSRP unit.
