Got new montana july 19th, went out for 3 days to check stuff for a big trip in end of aug! Sewer was leaking bad, had to make an emergency trip back to the dealership it's sat there till August 9th when we took it out for another 3 days just to find out that a lot of the service things were not done sewer did not leak still however the fridge died and was a whopping 48 degrees the freezer still worked however so I think it was keeping a little cool we dropped it off and told them that Monday the 27th today is the 27th and I have no resolution on our trailer however Keystone Who is the builder of the Montana said the fridge was just shipped to day which I was told it was shipped on the 21st so who is lying we have reservations all the way to Florida for a three-week vacation which we purchase this rig special 4 and now we are unable to use the fridge all we're going to be able to do it as sleep in it. Dealership manager doesn't answer the phone and does not return calls I asked for a rental that they could loan us do the fact that we're making almost $400 a month payments on a rig that's been unable to be used for 3 months I do not get answers from him I do not get calls I do not get any resolution at all and all they can say is they understand and they're sorry
